Technique > Strength
This is something many people do not know about sports. It is not all about how strong your legs are for soccer, how strong you are for wrestling, or how strong your forearms are for tennis. Although these things help tremendously, it is not the most important thing. Sports are all about technique! If your technique is the best in the world you should be able to be victorious in every sport. For example wrestling you may be matched up with someone who is ten times stronger than you, but if you know what to do in every situation you should be able to beat that person. A person who is just strength but no technique cannot beat anyone except the people that do not know anything. I am not saying that strength is unnecessary, but I am saying that people should worry more about technique than getting stronger. I suggest working as hard as you can in practices and learning all the technique you can. Then on your free time work out occasionally. Do not prefer to work out over practicing! Never think that your technique is perfect because it never is. You always have to work on it and when you think you have it perfect look at yourself and figure out how you can make it better.

It was quite interesting to hear this article form you. I like how you are not only giving workouts to your readers, but also advice on what is important when participating in sports or other physical activities. I couldn't agree more with you on the fact that technique is crucial in any sport you come around these days. I, myself, would have to admit that when I play a sport, I rely almost all the time on my pure strength and instinct. In many sports I have been successful with this, but in others it has been much tougher. Wrestling was one sport where technique was key, which was the main reason for any of the matches that I would lose. However, I was still able to give it my all, rely on some basic techniques, and win matches mostly because of my strength. All in all, it is important to know that both strength and technique are a major necessity in every sport. For me, I'll just have to rely the majority of my success in sports on my strength. It may not be the best thing to do, but it sure hasn't hurt me in the past.
