Side Effects of Steroids Pt. 2

There are a lot of seriously harmful side effects to steroids
. Some steroids improve growth rates of people but some steroids stop the growth of people who are still in the growing stage
. High blood pressure is a possibility because your body is working your heart so much harder because of the strength that you are using
. The kidneys have a lot of problems when you take steroids because they are a filter and they have to work really hard with this strong substance and if not a lot of water is consumed then your urine can come out really dark which is not good.
. There have been some studies that it effects your immune system
. It is also a common effect for females and males to become sterile when you take this. This can be good or bad depending if you want kids or not

Side Effects of Steroids Pt. 1

There are many harmful side effects to taking steroids. Here are some possible side effects
. When you inject yourself with steroids you are adding extra hormones into your body. When you have too many hormones your body will stop producing it because you have an excess of it so when you stop using steroids you wont be able to produce it the same as you did before.
. Taking steroids your cholesterol rises. Your HDL cholesterol which is your good cholesterol lowers which means that your arteries are at risk.
. Males can begin to grow female breast tissues because some of the testosterone turns into estrogen. This can be
. You can also get some serious acne. This may not be a problem for some people and can be preventable by cleaning body and/or taking a particular steroid.
. Roid rage is also another side effect to taking steroids. This means extreme aggressiveness and crazy violence, but this does not happen to all steroid users.
. Baldness can occur in a faster rate if you have a possiblity of being bald when you are older. You can tell if you are going to be bald by looking at the family from your mothers side like your grandfather if he is bald you are most likely gonna be bald.
. It has also been shown that it can lead to cardiovascular issues. Which is very serious because your heart is the most important part of the body.

Chest and Triceps

I usually dont work out chest and triceps on the same day because they are such huge muscles on your body that I think it is too much for your body to handle and recover from. The only thing is that most chest workouts work your triceps out a little. This may contradict with my last post of saying that you should work out back then bis because some people say then why dont you work out chest then triceps. The reason why I think this is because triceps are a lot bigger than your biceps and there is more muscles that make up the triceps so you have more to workout compared to biceps and back. So it would be first of all a really long workout and possible I think too much for your body. My recommendation is split these muscles into different days and work it out with another muscle. Also I have learned recently that benching with a bar works obviously your chest, but it also works out your triceps a lot. I would recommend benching with dumbbells because it works your chest a lot more than benching. You can still bench with a bar just try to focus on doing it with dumbbells.

Biceps and Back

These are two parts of the body that you can work out together on the same day I would recommend working out the back first and then going to biceps. This is because for most back workouts you use your biceps which would be good because it would be like a pre-workout for that muscle so they are warmed up for when you work them out. A way that you can workout your biceps and back which I think is the best workout would be doing pull ups. Depending on how you do your pull ups they are great exercises for your back and biceps. For some people pull ups are difficult and some people are ignorant and get it in their mind that they cant do a pull up, but like everything else it takes time. To help yourself be able to eventually do pull ups what you need to do is have a spotter. While you do your pull ups you are going to cross your legs and your spotter is going to hold them from underneath and help you by pushing you up when you need help. The only thing is that you have to make sure your spotter does not help you too much because then your not really helping yourself. Try to do 3 sets of 10 or something you feel comfortable doing, but that pushes you to work.
